I would like to publish a poem of 60 characters on hubpages. Can I publish it?

I have posted a good deal of poetry on Hub Pages and mine tends to be very brief. Look forward to reading yours. You can say a lot in a few words when it comes to poetry!

Yes you can, there is no minimum limit on HubPages, especially when it comes to poetry.

You can, my suggestion would be to write an introduction for the poem and include a photo (that follows HubPages Terms and Conditions, of course) so that the very short poem is not the sole bit of content in the Hub.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
