IDK if im having a panick attack or whats going on.... please help!?

It’s great that you’re reaching out for support, especially in such a stressful time. It’s important that you have strong supports in your life, and having your friends be aware of your panic attacks may help your anxiety. If you’re looking for ways to talk to your friends, you may consider sitting down with them and talking about the kinds of things that trigger your panic attacks.

You could let them know how you feel when you’re having an attack (whether it’s anxiety, fearfulness, difficulty breathing, etc.) and what to look out for. Also, it may be helpful to have a plan in place for yourself when you feel a panic attack coming on. You could remind yourself to take 3 deep breaths, talk to a family member or friend, go to your room to calm down- whatever works best for you.

In the meantime, I would encourage you to check out a website that could be very helpful. Your Life Your Voice (yourlifeyourvoice.org) has a discussion board with a range of topics from teens and young adults who are in similar situations. It’s important to know that you’re not alone when you’re having these intense feelings, and you will see some helpful answers from counselors.

Also, if you feel like you want to speak to someone directly, Boys Town National Hotline (800-448-3000) has trained Crisis Counselors available 24/7 via phone, text, chat, or email. PF, Crisis Counselor.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
