If a 17 year old girl gets pregnant, is she considered an emancipated adult? considering that she has a child?

A child. Age of majority differs in different places, but the youngest is 18, and ranges up to 21.

An adult- legally no, reality no, but in their mind they are grown and most will not realize how little they knew for a while yet. In a perfect world a 17 year old would be ready for the world but this is not a perfect world and there are no perfect kids so most 17 year olds are still children.
