For people who want their five-minutes of fame or glory and notoreity, I think, yes. These people may commit copycat crimes, which they could have seen on crime shows, read in books and heard and studied about through media coverage of criminals. Other people are inspired to catch criminals, or beat them at their own mind games so in this sense, the inspiration to figure out criminals and their deviant behaviour to catch them or avoid being one of their victims, is or could be seen as a positive influence.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
