Please don't say because you can see him, because that means you're staring at him, perhaps you fancy him. What are you two going to do, each staring at the other and never a word spoken. Next time you are staring at him, smile sweetly when he looks your way, and if he smiles back, well, then the ice is broken.

You should call the guy and ask him why is he staring at you.

Usually! Unless he is actually staring off into space daydreaming...But for the most part; if some one is continuosly looking at you they must like what they see!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
