Any modification to or exceedance of costs of a CAP that was approved prior to February 1, 2003 necessitates the submittal of a CAP Modification that includes an EFS for all costs since the end-of-work date in the last reimbursement application submitted through decommissioning activities. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
