If a question is deleted by Mahalo for any reason, is the asker notified with the reason?

I think the asker should be notified. Reasons: 1. If the asker has tipped the question, the more he should be notified to save his question and answer.

If there is no best answer yet, the money should be refunded to asker. If there is already a best answer, asker should be notified before it’s deleted to save the question & answer. 2.

Even if the asker doesn’t tip the question, he should still be notified before it’s deleted so that he can save the question & answer for his own use. Some askers spent quite some time and efforts putting up the questions. Sometimes the question is still there but didn’t show up in profile – question. It can happen if the “Next” button is not working well.

I usually save my question in a word file. If I can’t find my question, I will get the question from the word and do a Google search using question text + Mahalo. I will then able to find the question.

Saving links work too but it will be more tedious. I don't bother to search inside Mahalo. Most of the time it doesn't work.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
