If ahalf brother dog and half sister dog breed are the puppies still full blooded?

If he's your full brother, than she's your half sister too. I would just call her your sister because you've got half the same blood. I've got 2 half brothers (same dad, different moms) and me and my other 3 siblings call them our brothers.
