If Bella felt in love to Jacob when she loved edward at the same time how could be she sure that she wonn't love somebody else in the future?

She can't, but she can always be sure that she will love Edward the most. Besides, Jacob was her human soul-mate anyway. She still loved Edward more, it just hurt her so much because she knew she was hurting Jacob terribly.

She truly wanted him as a brother and in breaking dawn (spoiler alert) she did get him as a family member, kinda.
