If Californians vote to legalize pot this November, what will be the Federal response?

Medical Marijuana is still illegal too. There is not much enforcement at the Federal level. The Federal laws have no teeth to force States to enforce them.

California can't. The whole thing is a joke. The fed can track people for years before they indict, and often do.

And, why is Obama/Holder suing AZ for their immigration law, which mirrors the federal law and not suing CA for a clear violation of federal law?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
