Now, let's assume that the "OUR GANG" and "LITTLE RASCALS" actor had not been murdered, and had decided to build his own amusement park, to compete against the Walt Disney Company. Could he have gotten the legal clearances to name his park "SWITZERLAND," using the same "naming scheme" that Mr. Disney used?
