Well, actually, there have been arrests made. In California, 20 women were arrested under fraud statutes. Colorado has made a couple of arrests.

So, they are being caught and punished, as long as they're being reported. But many people don't like to admit to being scammed, so they may never report it to police.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
