Tags for hubs are not part of the metadata of a hub. They are there because they're part of the hub's on-page content. It helps search engines with indexing the content properly.

You can use these keywords yourself for your RSS feeds to interlink your hubs in an auto-updating way.

Additionally I'm not sure whether 'related hubs' on the right of any page is generated through the meta tag keywords... but it's certainly possible.

My tactic is to put in a few tags for each of my hubs, but not to get hung up on them.

My guess would be to help with site searches.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
