Depends on where you placed the order. If your talking about ordering from Amazon. Com, then it depends on what your order was for, and if you used the 1-click check-out method.

If all the items were sold & shipped by Amazon. Com, then they do not charge you any money until the order physically ships; then if your order was placed using the 1-Click checkout method, then it takes approx. 90min for their system to even process the order, then as above, you are not physically charged until your order ships.

If your order was from Amazon. Com, but you buying items from an independent 3rd party seller, then Amazon.
