Yes, they probably received it. But when they come back, they will have scores, hundreds, thousands of e-mails to plow through. Yours may get lost in the shuffle.

If you really want them to get it, note their return date, and resend your message a couple of days after that. In addition, depending on the importance, you could send it "return receipt requested". (Thunderbird facilitates that.).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
