If I remember correctly,it says in the Bible that Jesus cast out demons from a man, and cast them into a herd?

Demons do possess people, but never the spirits of deceased humans. And demons work in people in different ways, causing addictions, depression, curses, and all other demonic influences, such as psychics have demons working in them. There are real psychics, and they get their information from demons.

God never works in people in the manner these psychics conduct readings. The following story from the NT shows that their power comes from demons. When Paul cast the spirit (demon) out of this woman she lost her ability to read fortunes anymore.

Acts 16:16-20, "And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation. And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.

And he came out the same hour. And when her masters saw that the hope of their gains was gone, they caught Paul and Silas, and drew them into the marketplace unto the rulers, And brought them to the magistrates, saying, These men, being Jews, do exceedingly trouble our city." The Bible also has examples of demons taking over people and controlling them.

In regard to casting out demons, Christ did it to people that today would be classified as mentally unstable, while there were no psychiatrists in Christ's time I feel sure he knew what was causing their problems and therefore when He cast out demons, they were bound or inhabited by demons. There could be very many people today in the same boat but today they are said to need the help of a psychiatrist not someone to cast out demons.

Just because they are diagnosed as psychotic and are sometimes helped by a psychiatrist does not mean that they are not bound by demons. With all that said, I am no expert on either so it is only my opinion, sorry no facts.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
