No - there's nothing anyone can do to cause a brain aneurysm and there's nothing other than surgery than can fix an aneurysm. Aneurysms that are not a result of traumatic injuries are weak areas in the arteries that arise during fetal development. They are like ticking time bombs that are programmed to burst at some point in life.
