If I'm buying a house, can my current landlord force me to pay rent until August when the lease expires?

1) YOU buying the house was none of his business. That was a transaction between you and his aunt...not him. 2) This guy is a professional freeloaner (as you pointed out) and YES he is mad becasue he can no longer play the family pity card.

YOU did nothing wrong. This guy just needs to learn to grow up, be an adult, and take care of himself. If he is NOT under a current lease, give him 60 days to move out or start eviction proceedings.

You need to evict them all. Their inability to function in life is not your problem. Whatever you do will not change their attitude toward you so you should just proceed with legal action.

You will find other arrangements for babysitting and life will be less stressful.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
