Every single penny. Your child gets disability because he qualifies for it, to help meet his special needs; it has nothing whatsoever to do with the child support that his father pays. Your child's father is, at best, mistaken, and at worst, is trying to trick you into allowing him to pay less than what he is responsible for.

The court order to pay child support is a court ORDER and that order only is canceled by another court order from another judge. That and what the federal government does are two separate things that have nothing to do with each other. That said, the father could go back to court and petition for a change in what he pays based on the child getting this from elsewhere.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
