If "Politics makes strange bedfellows" is really true, should we really care that much who are elected officials are?

Only those who really care about the direction of our country should care about who is elected ... Those who do not care should not vote ... I mean if you are saying "... catch a tiger by the toe" shortly before marking a ballot; GO TO THE BEACH! Why wait in line to vote if you don't care? I do not think politicians sleep with each other much any more.

Most are too old and ugly to want to be with each other.

Or FDR's, or JFK's .... or so many more politicans' sex lives before Regan came in. I think it may have something to do with bringing what is considered by some to be religion directly into government since then.

The sex lives of people like Newt Gengridge or GHWB don't seem to have caused a stir at all, though. Go figure.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
