It’s allowed to exist because this is a free country. Nevertheless, the Republican Party does more harm than good. It does however provide a sanctuary for a great many groups, some of whom are much more extreme than the party policies would indicate.
Republicans wield power to protect the wealthiest corporations and to keep taking the country backwards. The Republican Party keeps its base riled up and distracted by fostering the dislike of minorities, women’s rights, other countries, non-Christians, gays, etc. It appears to be a somewhat successful strategy but the Republican Party is losing the country’s main and growing demographics. Even their extreme gerrymandering can't address that situation forever.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
