That's a bit like punishing a baby for pooping.
That is an extremely broad question. It would definitely have to be dependent on the particular illness the murderer had. Because if he is a psychotic schizophrenic, then he is seeing things you aren't and feeling things you wouldn't.
But if he is simply depressed or anxious, then even despite his extreme feelings he should still refrain from murder, in my humble opinion. Overall, I'd say that you need to know the person's diagnosis. But I will give you this... I do think that *certain* mental illnesses do merit grace.
But then again, should the people who are crazy enough to be forgiven for murder be allowed to roam free among us, the sane, in the first place?Hmmm...Good day, sir.
Evil can be dressed in an expensive business suit and does not have to wear a black cape and carry a pitch fork. It is many times not blatantly obvious, but looks like the nice American guy who lives next door to you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
