The world won't end on either date. The 2011 date is the work of misguided biblical 'scholar' Harold Camping. He says the Rapture will occur on 21st May 2011 and the end of the world will be on 21st October 2011.

This is actually quite useful. When none of this takes place, people who believe the nonsense about 2012 might realise that people predicting this sort of thing always get it wrong. Absolutely, unfailingly wrong every single time.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
