If the father isnt at the birth can I still put his name on the birth certificate?

Don't believe a word she says and use protection each and every time. What she's telling you doesn't make any sense. Just because she never got pregnant from her ex in two years only says that something may have been wrong with him, not her.

Unless she has some sort of medical documentation to prove that she can't get pregnant, DON'T BELIEVE HER.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
