If there is a confirmed case of swine flu where I work, are there any mandates about the company shutting down for a period of time?

I don't think there are mandates regualting this. Common sense and the CDC says someone infected should stay home to prevent spreading it to co-workers, but if you use precautions like frequent hand washing, etc. , you should be okay. I work in a huge bio-medical testing lab, and we get close to 500 calls daily regarding this flu virus.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
