If you call someone in another state will they see you re area code if you call them on a restricted number?

They work the same way and are basically the same thing but iMessage uses Internet and only works between iPhones. IMessage uses internet not texts so will only work if you have mobile data or wifi.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
