If you could be a contestant on a game show (past or present), which one would it be? and WHY?

The first one that comes to mind is... an old show called CARD SHARKS! Remember that one? I think it was from the seventies/eighties... I would just love to yell ".."Lower"...".."Lower"...while pointing my thumb in that direction.

And you had a 50/50 shot! Great odds! With those big old cards...silly quetions...so hokey, but fun!.

Jeopardy I used to just love this show. I seem to remember that it began as a evening show when I was in elementary school, and I would drive my family crazy reminding them that tonight was Jeopardy night! I remember making up a rope-skipping game spelling out the name of the show.

Now THAT's serious stuff! It was always great fun to try to answer the questions faster than the contestants. That's probably where my life-long love of trivia got started.

Family Feud! I don't even know if it's still around, but it was so much fun to watch! I can only imagine my family together trying to be witty and intelligent all at the same time...what a hoot!

I always loved the last 20 second round of final questions...who thinks that well on his/her toes and comes up with the top answers? :) I would love to be a contestant on that show! :) .

I could have been a winner on Password. That was a game that gave clues to guess a word without using any form of the word. I usually did pretty well at home on that particular game.

I consider myself well-read, have a good vocabulary, and got my Bachelor's degree in English/journalism. I had all the skills to be a winner on Password, if I had been given the chance. Being on TV would have been exciting, too.

THe obvious answer is Jeopardy, but I'm thinking more about Wheel of Fortune since... I would have more of a chance getting on "Wheel" since I know how to act in the audition. Could you imagine a typical Jeopardy contestant on Wheel? Bo-ring!

While I think I am smart enough to get by on Jeopardy, I would have more fun on Wheel. I am guessing at least one other person responding to this question answered Amazing Race or Survivor, but those aren’t really "game" shows; they’re more reality shows Human drama, etc. Those shows would be a pain because I have zero tolerance for slackers and whiny mush mouths. Shut up and go gather firewood!

Nah, let me just spin the wheel and solve some dumb puzzle. How many times have you walked in a room, looked at the TV, read the Wheel of Fortune board and solved it in like 2 seconds? I could act that dumb with no problem.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
