If you could only see 3 colors--black, white and 1 other color, what color would you choose to see?

I would choose rainbow! You know like your parallel vision see all the colors mix as a rainbow. I know this doesn't answer the question exactly but hey,imagine seeing a cat or flower in rainbow shades,rainbow should be a color!Hahah.

By definition, white is a mix of all colours and black is an absence of light so, technically, they are not colours.

If I had to see in one colour I think sepia would be OK.

In video the prime colours are red, green and blue and all colours are a mix from those prime colours.

In painting and film the secondary colours are used... cyan, yellow and magenta. In painting white is added and black can be made with the other colours. A problem in painting is trying to find a good black.

They all have a colour hue to them and are described as warm or cool.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
