If you go to a CA Bar Accredited law school but you want to be a patent attorney practicing only federal law can you take another state's bar exam?

You must take and pass the Patent Bar. You must take and pass a state bar exam. Once you are registered as an attorney with the USPTO, it doesn't matter what state you are barred in.

You may practice anywhere in the US, because patent law is federal law You should take the state bar of the state in which you plan to reside. If you are unsure, it might be a good idea to take CA, since there is an exam to waive into admissions there, but other states allow you to waive in by motion only after practicing for 5 years.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
