If you have been to capecod for vacation, any recommendations?

SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO! The bay side of Cape Cod is warm and at low tide you can walk very far and find lots of neat things. The ocean side is much colder, rougher water.

See and spend time at both! There is a winery in Truro on your way to P-town, if that’s your thing. And don’t forget to stop in at the Flea Market jin Wellfleet.

Heading north from the Orleans round-a-bout there are lots of places to get out and take in the scenery. Stop and grab a free tourists booklet for info on things to do and see. You’ll have to pay to park at any beach.(You might even have to acquire a permit.) I think no matter what town you stay in, you’ll love Cape Cod.

I've been to Cape Cod may times. Our favorite family town to go to is Wellfleet. It's quiet because it's pretty far out, but not as far and pricey as Truro.

We rent a house and go to the ocean beach early in the day and then go to one of the fresh water ponds to clean up before going home. It's really lovely. Wellfleet is also the narrowest part of the cape, so you can use the bay or the ocean beaches really easily.

I was in Orleans last week! Beaches The bay beaches have the advantage of warmer water, but you have to walk really far out at some points to reach water where it is deep enough to swim. I thought ocean beaches are nicer than the bay beaches since they have the sounds of crashing waves, but unless you are really brave, it is too cold to swim in them.

Shops I enjoyed the Christmas Tree Shop and Cuffy's, both have shops in other towns on the Cape as well. They are great places to find bargains. Restaurants Sir Crickets and Capt Elmers both had great seafood.

Definitely, stick to seafood -- fried clams, steamed clams, lobster -- you can get steaks, french fries, ... ... burgers, barbecue, and so on any time you’re not on vacation, so don’t waste your time in Cape Cod on them. Also seek out native fruit, such as blueberries and cranberries. And have a coffee frappe!

And some clamcakes! By the way, stick to real clams -- no "clam strips"! .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
