Touch. Here is why: Sight is not the best because touch would involve all sensation, wouldn't it? That would mean that you would be visually stimulated but you would miss out on all these sensations Hearing is sense I value sexually, but, again, it doesn't beat sensation.

Taste? OK, it is necessary for a few sexual and intimate acts, but I could live without it. Sight would be a bummer because I need visual stimulation, but by touching a woman, you can get some semblance of what the other person is like through touch.

I would also choose the sense of touch, for in this way you would absolutely feel all the intimate things you are doing with your dream sex partner, I'll probably record the scene so I can recall whta happened LOL! Just kidding.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
