Homophobic: adj. A word used negatively to describe someone who holds an opinion contrary to the opinion held by lgbt supporters and activists. Additional context: The word is thrown around to make sure anyone with contrary opinions is not taken seriously.
Also used to generate a mob like mentality against the person who holds such beliefs, and usually this mentality is based on emotion rather than fact. Often a great way to discredit/dismiss anyone who holds contrary opinions. It's literally fascism in its purest form.
