Extended stay motels/hotels are in all price ranges - the better ones have some kind of cooking facility and a living area separate from sleeping - i.e. A small suite. Many hotels that have suites that have lower weekly or monthly rates with less day to day maintenance visits.

Yes. The only time I ever saw people smoking crystal was in one of those. The ridiculous thing is, when you add up the weekly fees, it's actually more expensive than renting a cheap studio or 1 bedroom apartment.
It's for sketchy people with high time preference and lousy credit and rental history.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
