I'm a natural medium brown, with gold highlights. How do I get the red out of my hair? Ash/cool colors don't URL1 matter what color/product I choose, I end up with red hair.

It may be strawberry blonde, it may be auburn. I've even had it professionally done, and she mixed medium ash blond and light brown. I ended up dark auburn.? She then put light ash blonde over it, it lightened it very little.

On my own, I've tried many, many colors. I'd like to be either a dark blonde or light golden brown. I've given up the thought that I can have any gold in my hair...since it's always red for me.

I've tried using ash/cool colors, and I always put No Red in my color. I have some stubborn grays, so I need a permanent haircolor. I've given in to the red for several years now, and I want it out now!
