I'm about to GPT partition my external Hard drive. Will it erase my data?

You can move the current partition and resize it, so that you have a new partition on your hard drive. Say you have a 300Gb hard drive, with 60 Gb information on it. You partition it, and you can have two partitions of 150 gb each, and your 60Gb will still be there.

If however, you have 300Gb and your info is 250 Gb, and you try to partition it to 120, you will get into the info part of the hard drive. But I don't think a partition program would allow you to go past what you have available. So, if you have only 50Gb left, then the partition would be 50Gb or less.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
