I'm considering buying an electic roaster to roast our turkey this year, but what else can I use it for? Any Recipes?

I own a NuWave. It comes with a DVD that covers tons of recipes and a cookbook. Plus there are Nuwave and similar type appliance recipes online.

You can make pizza but I've never tried it. You can also use it for dehydrating fruits. I got it at a local store on sale for about $99.

I use frequently the NuWave and strongly recommend it. I've had it for about 2 years. But, the appliance is *BIG*.

I don't know - but try going on Amazon and looking these roasters up - often there are reviews by people who have bought them and they may say various ways they use them. There will also be a product description which should include this info. It may also come with a small cookbook (more like a pamplet - sp?) that would tell how to cook some other things.

Hmmm, Well, we usually eat around 4. My daughter has taken over the making of Thanksgiving dinner. After making it for 30 plus years it's nice to let someone else do it.

My friend that does the Thanksgiving party every year loves it because the range is available for the other side dishes and the turkey is out of the way. She also has used to heat a big ham and cook a large portion of Burgundy stew and vegetables that she proceeds to divide into dinners for 4 and keeps in in the feezer. I'm sure the roaster comes with it's own recipe booklet.

Yes, and also when we have parties we use the friend's big roaster as a crock pot to keep a batch of chilli warm just making sure to stir once in awhile. It is our portable oven......X-mas eve we heated up a honey ham spiral sliced in the roasterand I made the jezebel sauce on the side. I'll include the recipe for you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
