I'm looking for a book I read as a child. I don't know the title or author?

I'm looking for a book I read as a child. I don't know the title or author. The details I remember involve a kid who wishes the water fountains at school dispensed soda and it came true.

I think it may involve a magic clock. I also recall an abudance of bubbles somewhere in the story. It's not a lot to go on, but I would love to find it so that my kids could read it before they're too old.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
