Non- identical twins are usually the ones that are born in older women's pregnancies because they release more eggs the closer they get to menopause. Also Non-identical twins are passed down through genes (ONLY ON THE BIRTH MOTHERS SIDE) the reason for this is because when you are a baby in the womb your genes are more programmed to your Grandma ( Mothers mother). Non-identical twins can be 2 boys/2 girls /1 boy and 1 girl, they are both from separate eggs and both grow separately in individual sacks.
Identical- any one at any age can have identical twins- It's a fluke, the one egg splits becoming two, they grow together and share the sack, identical twins are only the same sex so 2 girls or 2 boys. So anyone can have an identical twin, you may have non identical, it does run in families but more so if you are an older lady.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
