I'm trying to wean myself & my 4 month old baby off of breastmilk & switch to formula any advice?

I started by switching an easy feed to formula, so not when they're exhausted. She took to it really well, it turned out a lot easier than I expected. Stick to one switched feed for a few days to make sure the formula agrees with her, if not try a new brand, but make sure you give each one a fair try of over a week, otherwise you risk upsetting your little ones tummy more.

If all goes well, switch more feeds until they're all formula. Hope this helps.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
