I'm working on building a social media framework for small businesses. Any suggestions on what I should include?

I am not sure what you really mean by Social media Framework. But in this day and age every business needs at least to be on Twitter and Face Book. The more positive interaction a business can have with clients (and potential clients) the better.

Unfortunately I can not really go beyond those two recommendations without knowing more about the business and the area it serves.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
