There is a series of posts Here that show some practical implementation patterns. I uses this every day to implement SOAD (Service Orientated Application Design). SOA is a way to organize your business, us technical folk ruined SOA by telling business folk that SOA was about technology, it is a methodology to structure a business.

SOAD is what the majority of us have been doing all this time, designing applications using service orientated principles. This is why most SOA initiatives fail, we build a bunch of applications to cut across the business silos and to leverage reuse, we just forget to tell the people using it that they need to change how the business is structured and incentives to work together. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
