The state of the union address is coming in a few days, watch it and see, I think your question is unfair, he has been saying what his economic plans are since even before he became President. But conservatives are more interested in hating on the President than fixing what is wrong with America anyway. The only one's trying to do any good for the USA are liberals.

Say much that boils down to meaningless slogans. Print trillions. Spend beyond reason.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
