In EntityFramework how do you reload entities in a Many to Many relationship?

It is a bit convoluted, but this has worked for me to refresh M2M relations: myengineer.Appointments.Clear(); context. AcceptAllChanges(); myengineer.Appointments.Load().

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
