In God of War, what are the controls to get the grab maneuver?

One of the things that make the God of War game series a truly enigmatic and capturing game is the presence of grab maneuvers and quick-time features on its combat gameplay. This feature indeed adds a lot of interesting action in each battle encounter and boss enemy. To use this feature, the player must press the circle button to initiate the grab maneuver.

For enemies in air, the player must first use a chained weapon then press the circle button for the chain grab.
