In NC and/or VA who has to pay child support- the bio dad or the dad that signed the birth cirt.?

That is a tricky question. Typically the dad who signs the birth certificate is presumed to be the legal AND biological father, and he would be the one that would be required to pay child support. If the biological father, however, is able to prove paternity and he does not lose his rights through adoption, then he is responsible for the child support payments.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
