In your opinion what has been the biggest political mistake(s) / boondoggle of 2010?

Harry Reid being re-elected and Nancy Pelosi saying she represented the people.

In canada it was either the 2 billion spent on the G8 G20 summits or the money given out to the auto industry. In the U.S. it was definetly the $700 billion given to banks after it was voted against.

There were two really gigantic ones....healthcare reform and the immigration situation in Arizona. Both were botched by the Fed. Some speak of Obama's genius in pushing the healthcare reform through into law.

This remove did not require genius...quite the contrary...real stupidity works just fine. America simply cannot afford this healthcare reform and America does not need the federal government running medical care in this country. The downstream effects on the medical industry will be devastating terms of personnel quality, R&D investment, and patient URL1 matters little if you are being cared for it the quality of the care sucks.

Ultimately, I would have to say that the healthcare reform will go down as the biggest mistake because it will be there for years and years impacting the lives of Americans. WB.

In England, it has definitely been the raising of Student Fees.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
