Information on going on a foreign exchange student program?

A website is a set of files sitting in a folder on a server somewhere, connected to and accessible from the internet. I don't see how you can become an exchange student 'through a website'. You may be able to do so through an organisation like Rotary Youth Exchange or Youth for Understanding that has a website, but that's just by-the-by.

If you're trying to ask whether you can organise the exchange yourself, then the answer is no; you must go through a recognised student exchange organiser. You wouldn't be allowed to just go and live abroad as a minor without a guardian, you wouldn't be able to get the long-term visa that you need, and you also wouldn't be able to go to school in a country where you're not resident. And it's possible but highly unlikely that you would be able to do a straight 'swap' with your German friend.

You might be able to go to Germany, she might be able to come to your country, but that's about as far as it goes.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
