Try looking at LAST_INSERT_ID function. This will give you the PK of the record you just entered, ie your user_id which you can use in the corresponding join tables.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
