Installing a forked github gem of Toto?

Bundler handles :git -installed gems by cloning the source and storing it in a special directory for bundled gems. It's not actually installed to your system, and won't run unless bundler is running first.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
