You need a minimum 430W power supply (PSU) to run that card. Preferably even higher, like 450-500W. Check the BIOS to enable PCI/external video instead of integrated video.

Then, check every connector on the video card with proper cables, to verify that the output from the card works ok...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
